We have incorporated a service within Foothill Village called Assisted Living. The purpose of this Assisted Living service is to help people with non-medical needs such as dressing, bathing, and supervision of medications.
At Foothill Village, we believe providing Assisted Living service is an essential ingredient to meet the changing needs of our senior community residents. Therefore, we have designed 28 suites that are specially equipped to provide this service.
Approved and licensed by the Department of Social Services, this Assisted Living Program allows senior residents of Foothill Village access to needed services without having to leave Foothill Village.

Community Fee:
A one time non refundable Community Fee is payable upon execution of a monthly rental agreement.
Suite Reservation Deposit:
A refundable deposit will place the potential resident on our waiting list or reserve a suite. There will be seven days to decide on a move in if a suite is reserved.
The individual may wish to keep the $2,000. refundable deposit with Foothill Village, remain on the waiting list and select another suite at another time, based upon availability. |
