Community Fee:
A one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee is payable upon completion of a monthly rental agreement.
Suite Deposit:
A deposit will place the potential resident’s name on our waiting list or reserve a suite. There will be 30 days to decide on a move in if a suite is reserved. The individual may wish to keep the deposit with Foothill Village, remain on the waiting list and select a suite at another time based upon availability. The deposit may be applied to the Community Fee if the individual signs a rental agreement for Foothill Village.
Pet Deposit:
A Pet Deposit is due upon execution of monthly rental agreement. One pet allowed per designated suite, located on our 2nd and 3rd floors. The deposit covers the cost of refurbishing a suite including but not limited to replacement of floor covering, blinds, base boards and painting.
